By enrolling your child in Zee Futbol Academy's soccer program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. **Assumption of Risk:** Soccer is a physically demanding sport that carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injuries such as sprains, fractures, and concussions. By participating, you accept these risks and agree to hold Zee Futbol Academy, its staff, volunteers, and affiliates harmless from any liability arising from such injuries.

2. **Medical Authorization:** In the event of an emergency, you authorize Zee Futbol Academy staff to seek medical treatment for your child as deemed necessary. You agree to provide accurate medical information and emergency contacts during the registration process.

3. **Code of Conduct:** Participants and their guardians agree to adhere to the academy's code of conduct, promoting sportsmanship, respect, and fair play. Any behavior deemed disruptive or harmful may result in disciplinary action, including potential removal from the program.

- **Non-Refundable Academy Fee:** All Academy fees are non-refundable once paid. This policy applies regardless of the reason for withdrawal, including but not limited to personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or injuries.

- **Academy-Initiated Cancellations:** If a program is canceled by Zee Futbol Academy due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., insufficient enrollment, facility issues, public health concerns), participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future program.
